Mission & Values Statement

  • We strive to give each client our very best.
  • We use only the finest materials and workmanship.
  • We seek out employees and sub-contractors who subscribe to our philosophy of finishing each project on time, within budget and to our client’s complete satisfaction.
  • We value quality over profit.

Over four decades in business, Kirchman Construction has always adapted to the ever-changing conditions of the South Florida construction market and the needs of our clients. But there is one element that never changes, and that is our commitment to quality.

We know that even in a world that is ever more technically sophisticated, a successful construction project is ultimately the result of the people behind it. That’s why our principals, Ronald (Ron) Kirchman and Ronald (Ronnie) Kirchman II, insist on a team approach that involves all participants — including and especially the
client — as partners.

With this method, everyone associated with the project is encouraged to work together, in a coordinated manner, to ensure that the project is completed in the most cost-effective way possible.

We recognize that every building is unique and special to our client, no matter how large or small it may be. We also know that no detail is insignificant to the client. That is why we give each project our utmost time and attention. Our hands-on involvement further ensures that no corners are cut, no detail is overlooked, and the project is completed on time, within budget and always to the client’s satisfaction.

Since Kirchman Construction was established in 1971, we have successfully completed over 400 projects, primarily in Martin, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee Counties.

In 2010, Kirchman Construction was among the winners of the Awards of Excellence from the National Commercial Builders Council of the National Association of Home Builders, which selected the Okeechobee Veterinary Hospital for a Merit Award.

What makes a Certified General Contractor different?

Florida Law provides for several kinds of contractor licenses, including certified and registered. A certified contractor is allowed to contract anywhere in the state, while a registered contractor may not do so except in a specific county or jurisdiction.
