Duda & Sons.
Born and raised in Belle Glade, Ron earned his Bachelor of Construction degree from the University of Florida.
Ron and his wife of more than 45 years live in Stuart. They have three grown children and six grandchildren. Ron is an active member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Stuart.
Ronald (Ronnie) Kirchman II – Vice-President

He has overseen dozens of commercial construction projects, ranging from veterinary clinics and houses of worship to educational facilities and office buildings.
A native of South Florida, Ronnie was five when the Kirchman family moved from Belle Glade to Stuart. Like his father, Ronnie earned his Bachelor of Construction degree from the University of Florida.
Ronnie lives in Palm City with his wife and three daughters, in a home that he built. He also is a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Treasure Coast Builders Association.
