Our History
Founded in 1971, Kirchman Construction Co. is a family-owned, state-certified general contracting firm built on honesty, integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship. Ron Kirchman introduced his son, Ronnie, to the industry at a young age and instilled a strong work ethic through hands-on jobsite experience. After graduating from Martin County High School and earning his bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida, Ronnie rejoined the business in 1989—advancing from estimator to project manager and eventually Vice President. Today, as President, Ronnie leads the company with the same core values his father established.
With over 55 years of experience and nearly 600 completed projects, Kirchman Construction Co. continuously adapts to South Florida’s evolving market without compromising on quality. We believe a project’s success comes down to its people, which is why we take a collaborative, team-first approach with our clients. By giving every detail our full attention and hands-on oversight, we deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
